To remain a leader in our markets, our innovation strategy is based on developing cutting-edge technologies and highly effective R&D. While developing our own IP is crucial, we also integrate this with third-party solutions when it will add value to our customers.

Our patent portfolio consists of technologies in the railway, education, healthcare and conference industry, and currently consists out of 100 patents in over 36 patent families.

We foster innovation within our company 

Several strategies guarantee and maximise the innovation focus in our workforce, including:

  • An ‘Innovation Room’ at our headquarters

  • Innovation Sessions: R&D departments of our four business units present their latest developments to their colleagues. In that  way they can inspire each other and pick up things from each other to then apply within their own domain.

  • luxviewav Tech Day: keynote speakers come in to share and discuss their insights into the latest technologies

  • ‘TechTalks’ with renowned technology leaders 

  • A company-wide ideation tool to stimulate creative thinking and idea sharing

The Machine Learning Club

Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence are promising tools that enable new fine-tuned solutions to complex problems in niche markets. To optimally leverage these fast maturing tools across all business units within Televic we started a cross BU machine learning club. In this club young engineers from all business units with relevant expertise collaborate and inspire each other to build proof of concepts around Televic specific AI blocks that push each of our products in our niches beyond the current state-of-the-art.
